The neighbors sound really annoying.
I don’t think going to war is the answer.
“Kids will always be kids” should never be a valid excuse.
Sometimes, the real fixer-upper is the neighborhood, not the house.
They might have to move.
With enough proof, it may be possible to sue the landlord about this.
Some people just like to get up into everyone else’s business.
If you aren’t willing to talk to your neighbors about a problem, how can you complain about it?
It sounds like this guy needs to get a life…just sayin’!
