Customer’s Watch Was Taking “Too Long” To Be Repaired, So He Berated This Employee In An Attempt To Get A Free One

Apparently management helps those that help themselves.
You wrecked it, you cover it.
Sometimes, you just can’t guess what’s going on in a customer’s mind.
It’s like she never set foot in a repair shop before.
She clearly knows nothing about lawn mowers.
The shopping population really needs to be more aware of their surroundings.
I would have just grumbled and paid the money, tbh.
“See, if you look very closely right here…”
And they all lived happily ever after!
