This customer needs to take a chill pill and realize he’s not the main character.
This new employee should’ve been supported, not harassed.

People have very strong feelings about self-checkout machines.

This cashier’s stress is understandable, but this could’ve easily been a language mishap.
It’s always best to follow policy.
Online shopping is great, but it can’t compete with the immediate service of an in store experience.
