Sometimes, the hardest part of breakfast service isn’t the cooking, but the conversation.
People only act like this because everyone lets them get away with it.
I can only imagine how much relationship drama a hotel worker sees on a daily basis.
When you make a silly mistake like this, all you can do is laugh. I bet he is glad that his shift is over, though.
Why even bother calling if you aren’t ready to listen to the people on the phone?
Sometimes there is just no pleasing a guest at a hotel.
Why is it that the rudest customers always feel entitled to the most extras?
A mistake like this would probably get anyone’s attention.
This manager needs to get over himself.
