If the higher ups don’t know it’s broken, it’s not going to get fixed.
Some customers don’t have “Thanks” and “I’m sorry” in their vocabulary.
Some people need to OPEN THEIR EYES and see what’s directly in front of them.
This guy may be smelling the flowers, but he’s certainly not stopping.
At least he helps when he can!
