A Coworker Mocked Her Son’s Severe Medical Phobias So She Clapped Back , And Her Coworker Reported Her to the Director

Either way, “no longer works” was a massive understatement.
All of this could have been avoided with just an ounce of communication.
They did not sign up for this.
This is not the way to deal with things.
He can always ask, but it doesn’t mean he’ll like the answer.
Restaurants need to do better.
There is no ‘I’ in ‘team’.
It shows how little he understands the job his workers do.
