She Wouldn’t Return a Customer’s Used Coupon—But Even Her Manager Said She Was Wrong

She needs to get out of there.

The bigger concern seems to be her manager.
This whole situation is an HR complaint waiting to happen.
The manager had to draw a line somewhere.
