Star Gazing: The Darkest Skies in North America
To really observe the stars the sky must be dark. Above the Davis Mountains of West Texas, you will find the darkest skies in North America. Which is why for the last 32 years, the annual Texas Star Party has gathered here to look up and gaze in wonder at the beauty of the cosmos.
