Imagine losing your job right before the holidays. That sounds awful! You know what would be even worse?

The guy in this story does! It’s even worse when you don’t know there’s a chance you’re going to get fired until it happens and you don’t even any specific reason why you got fired.

Was fired from my job for speaking up about inadequate materials from parent company

I worked at a very large 3d printer company’s US location.

I was fired due to complaints about the raw material recieved from the parent company that was causing massive failures for the manufacturing side of the factory.

I was fired without reason 4 days after the meeting that was had to talk about the problems I was having.

I was also fired with no writeups or reprimands.

It’s bad timing and doesn’t seem fair.

In order to get the raw materials we had to get them from the parent company.

Obviously this is right before the holidays and I have never had a “great” holiday so this one is sure to be one for the record books.

I would of never gone and posted about this if my boss would give a straight answer on why I was fired besides “insubordination”

That sounds really frustrating to get fired right before the holidays and with no real clear reason why.

I hope they at least qualify for unemployment.
