Hey, most of us love dogs, right?
Note that I said “most,” because there are definitely some folks out there who aren’t fans of our furry friends. But the majority of us do like them…unless they have owners who don’t train them and let them run wild and cause chaos…like the pooches in this story.
Take a look at why the guy who wrote this story is beyond fed up with his neighbor’s dogs.
I guess I’m gonna have to move to find peace.
“Venting. Depressed about this. Mad at myself.
Why did I pick this home next to these horrible people?
In my defense, at first there was a super nice quiet couple living there.
That lasted a few years before the nightmare neighbors moved in.
It didn’t get off to a good start…
Their dogs. Their. Annoying. Dogs.
They have 4 of them. They all are under exercised and anxious and they bark like crazy at everything. And they don’t stop.
These people let them out to potty all throughout the day and these dogs bark all together right below my bedroom and next to my living room.
We’ve talked to them. We’ve talked to their landlord. We’ve even called the police when it went on late at night. We’ve tried the ultrasonic bark deterrents.
How frustrating…
Nothing helps.
HOA only allows 2 dogs per unit but they don’t care.
Yesterday we had guests over and were outside. The neighbors were gone and their dogs stand on a chair, look out their window directly into our yard and barked the whole time.
I was so embarrassed. It was so loud it sounded like they were outside with us.
This is totally over the top.
We have a dog and he doesn’t react to them or anything.
But as a dog owner I know the amount of barking next door is just absurd.
If someone told me my dog was bothering them I’d do everything in my power to remedy the situation.
Moving would double our mortgage but I don’t know what’s worse at this point.
This sounds awful.
I’m just so depressed. How can people be so inconsiderate.
I loved my home until these people moved in. I find myself wanting to leave my house all the time and that just feels exhausting and unfair
If anyone has dealt with something similar I’d love to hear. Or any suggestions I guess.. but I think I know deep down this is bleak and will have to financial ruin myself to find peace at this point. I don’t know…”

No, it’s not the fault of the dogs… But I’d still be REALLY annoyed if I had to deal with this all the time. It’s so rude and disruptive!
The barking dogs next door are driving him insane…
