That was a really clever plan.
The mother didn’t really do anything wrong.
When you make a silly mistake like this, all you can do is laugh. I bet he is glad that his shift is over, though.
This type of behavior should never be tolerated, even for a second.
Customer service jobs come with certain expectations.
More training would probably help.
