Demanding repayment for a degree she pursued in good faith isn’t accountability; it’s punishing her for circumstances largely outside her control.
This mother needs to realize it’s her son’s college education, not hers.
No one is perfect — especially not a college student still figuring out life.
Welcoming a child into the world isn’t just an emotional investment — it’s a financial one too, and one you can’t just shirk when it’s convenient for you.
The concern was valid, but the delivery could have been a lot better.
But it’s her life and her decision, and they should respect that.
She has a terrible mother!
The world needs more people like this.
At this point, she wasn’t rebelling — she was surviving.
