The whole situation was a mess.
It’s awesome that he likes his job.
It’s hard to be “hungry” for work when you’re still trying to understand the work environment.
They both acted accordingly.
At least this employee was warned!

The customer is supposed to always be right, NOT the supervisor.
Health is more important than bagging groceries.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the company was going to fire her, so she quit instead.
