Sometimes, the loudest problem is figuring out how to keep the peace.

Watching, smiling, and doing nothing while your dog invades someone else’s space is psychopathic behavior.
She got exactly what she asked for, why is she still complaining?
Wanting quiet in your own home shouldn’t require this much effort.
When you have loud neighbors, you do what you have to do to get them to quiet down.
She wants the hedges trimmed short, and that is just what she got.
