Raising rent won’t entice anyone to stay.
May this type of entitlement never find you.
Sharing an apartment is easier when you don’t share an unpaid roommate.
If rent is monthly, the extra weeks don’t mean “bonus” payments.

You can’t do everything you want when you want, sometimes, and her friend needs to understand that.
It’s important to read the lease agreement carefully.
