A Nearby Apartment Building Didn’t Upgrade The Plumbing Properly, So His Neighbor’s Sewage Ended Up In His Yard And The Apartment Owners Refused To Fix It, So He Blocked The Sewer Line, Causing The Apartment Plumbing To Back Up
This could have been avoided by being a decent neighbor.
