I’d love to know the therapist’s response.
Unless they can find a way to let go of the past, their future together might end up in critical condition.
This mom is not helping the situation at all.
These parents need to realize that they have four children, not just three!

If the mom had told her daughter ahead of time about the wedding, maybe things would have been different.
I don’t think this family should give up on therapy just yet…
She sought validation, but found a painful reality she wasn’t ready to face.
