Regardless of his intentions, she needs to make it stop, and that means going to the manager.
She is doing the right thing and needs to keep escalating.
He clearly doesn’t care for her safety, so why should she care about his?
He’s not a good guy.
Instead of justice, she got stonewalled.
He did what he had to do to protect both himself and his reputation.
If no one else will protect her, then she’ll have to protect herself.
Everyone deserves to feel respected and safe at work.
