If you live in an apartment building that comes with an assigned parking spot, you should be able to access your parking spot without any difficulty.

What would you do if your neighbors’ cars kept blocking your parking spot?

In this story, one renter is in this situation. He has pictures, and he even has a theory about where these extra cars are coming from.

Keep reading for the whole story.

How Should Deal With a Caretaker Misusing Apartment Parking?

I rent a flat in a small apartment building in Koregaon Park, Pune, India .

Out of 6 flats, only one owner lives here.

Three flats are leased by a company as guest houses and are managed by a caretaker.

This sounds really frustrating!

For the past several months, vehicles associated with those guest houses have repeatedly blocked my parking space, preventing me from taking my car out.

I have photo evidence and have informed the broker multiple times, but nothing has changed.

Today it happened again, and I had an argument with the caretaker.

He moved the vehicle, but the issue keeps recurring.

Uh-oh!

I’ve recently heard that he may be allowing outsiders to park in the building in exchange for money, possibly because parking is scarce in the area.

Since there is very little oversight, I’m concerned this may be contributing to the problem.

What is the best way to handle this situation calmly and effectively?

He has evidence, and he has a theory. But how can he get the other vehicles to stop blocking his parking spot?

Let’s see what Reddit suggests.

Here’s some advice.

Here’s another idea.

It’s not okay to block someone’s parking spot. Whoever is parking there should know better.

I vote for calling a tow truck.

This is completely unacceptable!
