This whole office needs to grow up.
Being skilled enough to finish work efficiently shouldn’t translate into job insecurity.
That was not a smart decision!
In the end, everyone got what they deserved!
Now she has her entire life (and career) ahead of her.
The ball is in this employee’s court now.
That was a pretty disgusting work experience!
One must wonder, what kind of person leaves a public restroom in this condition?
She needs to learn to regulate her own emotions at work and not take them out on others.
