Hotel receptionists are responsible for many things, but watching someone else’s unruly kids shouldn’t be one of them.
This boss isn’t just bad — he’s practically barbaric.
This employee deserved a mentor, not a ruthless critic.
It’s time these employees band together and start demanding some justice — or at least some accountability.
Justice needs to be served here, so she might as well give HR the chance to make it right.
The ball is in her court now, and a well-placed complaint to the boss’ boss could be a fairly effective next move.
It may take a while, but it’s worthwhile to find a boss that doesn’t make their employees feel like garbage.
