Employee Was Told They Had To Work Specific Hours After They Had Some Overtime, So They Only Worked The Hours They Were Told And Not A Minute More

Don’t you love stories about young people standing up to The Man?
His wife was DEFINITELY not happy about this.
It’s so much easier to just follow the rules instead of fighting them for no reason…
The moral of the story…never judge a book by its cover!
He maliciously complied and ended up getting a sweet vacation out of it!
Why do banks have to make up unnecessary rules like this?
A word to the wise… If you’re a bad neighbor, bad things will happen to you!
That’s some smart malicious compliance!
They didn’t sound like great employees.
