A dog attack, and especially a repeat dog attack, is not something that should be ignored.
The landlord is being completely unreasonable.
The landlord is misdirecting his anger.
The other business owner was way too patient.
His friend didn’t take him seriously, but he will now!
It does sound frustrating for the landlord as well.
It doesn’t hurt to ask a lawyer for advice.
There’s no excuse for not fixing broken windows.
Getting a great deal on rent can seem impossible, but sometimes you get lucky.
