She handled that well!
While breaks and no overtime would be ideal, some employees would rather have the overtime pay.
Nurses are true heroes, and they should be treated like it.
Not everyone fills their cup by making small talk, and a lunch break shouldn’t come with a mandatory social attendance policy.
Respect should be a two-way street, even in the workplace.
Why do employers do this?
It was a win for everyone except the supervisors!
A toxic officemate makes the entire work culture more stressful.
