Manager Is Frustrated by Employee Who Polices Everyone Else While Ignoring Her Own Mistakes
No one ever said that being the boss was easy.
No one ever said that being the boss was easy.
The manager had to draw a line somewhere.
This is a tough situation.
There’s no doubt he could’ve handled this better.
Responsible pet ownership starts with following the rules.
While breaks and no overtime would be ideal, some employees would rather have the overtime pay.
If the math doesn’t add up, neither does the excuse.
It is good to be compassionate about his coworkers, but now it is time to let management do their job.
One must wonder, what kind of person leaves a public restroom in this condition?
Honestly, I think this guy deserved to be fired.
