All of this could have been avoided with clear communication.
If this neighbor wants to reclaim her spot in this new mom’s life, she’ll have to earn it.
She was cold, but not entirely out of line.
Sawdust washes off, but the neighborly relationship might not.
Snapping at the neighbor is only going to make things worse.
