The neighbor is clearly the problem here.
This is an awful way to be welcomed to the neighborhood.
Doing nothing clearly isn’t working.
He was way out of line.
Nobody owns public street parking.
It’s awful that they have to deal with such crazy neighbors.

Just because something is legal doesn’t mean it is the right thing to do.
I hope the rules work in her favor.
