I can see why this customer interaction would stick with you.
Her parents are just concerned, but they are definitely crossing some boundaries.
She did everything she could.
His boss should know that healthy employees are going to be more reliable and work harder, but apparently he doesn’t care.
Arguing with parents is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
The claim that it’s an ongoing issue is over the top.
Getting paid to retire early sounds like a dream situation to me.
She needs to drop this “friend” like a bad habit!
