Telling someone you fired that they have to train their replacement is a bold move.

Who would want to work for someone with so little care or regard for others?
At this point, maybe getting a new job would be for the best.
Different people have different opinions.
A boss who yells at you for leaving makes it so much easier to walk out the door.
That’s not sustainable for long.
These are the worst work days.
If they won’t fix the workload, you fix your exit plan.
They only have themselves to blame.
No wonder the employee couldn’t get out of there soon enough!
