We all know employers take their cut, so it’s time for employees to stop apologizing up taking theirs.
Telling someone you fired that they have to train their replacement is a bold move.
Who would want to work for someone with so little care or regard for others?
At this point, maybe getting a new job would be for the best.
Different people have different opinions.
A boss who yells at you for leaving makes it so much easier to walk out the door.
That’s not sustainable for long.
