New Neighbor Complained About The Length Of His Lawn Before He Even Unpacked His Boxes, So He Made Sure To Push The Limits On Length Going Forward

He should tell his neighbor he wants to talk to the contractor before any work is done.
I would be surprised if this isn’t a scam.
It just makes you want to become a hermit.
Calm down, it isn’t even 9PM.
Personally, if I had torn down the hedge I would’ve replaced it with a fence that wasn’t see-through.
