This is a good example of why confidence matters.

This lady was just looking for a reason to be mad.
That manager was way out of line.
Everyone seemed to do the right thing.
That was a really nice thing for him to do.
He had no reason to talk down to someone.
That was petty.
That guy should be embarrassed.
That’s definitely something worth thinking about.
She really doesn’t need to feel guilty about this.
