Employee Helps Customer Find What He’s Looking For, But Another Customer Thought That Was Bad Service
That customer was very rude.
That customer was very rude.
I wonder if she ended up finding the card she was looking for.
When she said it was a bad time, she meant it!
All that customer had to do was leave!
That was one weird customer interaction!
Now I have the Back to the Future theme song playing in my head.
She will never feel the way her mom wants her to feel.
This isn’t how returns work!
Customers can’t always have what they want when they want it.
