The dog owner’s behavior is unacceptable.
I worry about anyone who might rent that room.
Imitation may be a form of flattery, but this is just taking things too far.
Constant noise is the kind of thing that wears on you slowly, hour by hour, day after day, until you finally break.
If it stinks that bad, it probably belongs in the trash.
They need to try to get these folks evicted!

Cameras would probably help protect them.
