A simple phone call was all it took.

Overtime should not be expected or required.
Whoever put her in charge of this did these kids a real disservice.
It pays to listen to your workers.
There’s no way she should be made to do this.
No boss should ever make their employees feel this way…
It’s hard to believe that some people can be this clueless…
This is a work situation that NOBODY wants to deal with.
