Software Developer Had A Beef With A Coworker, But He Was Stuck In A Groundhog Day Purgatory Until He Outsmarted His Foe
Anything different is good.
Anything different is good.
Hard to ignore the white elephant in this room.
It is a shared space, so maybe her coworker will understand.
Choosing to protect herself was the right call.
Hopefully, she never tries to start something with her again.
She’d rather be labeled selfish than stay silently resentful.
They may realize just how much she achieved daily and how they should have listened to her.
If doing the right thing keeps their job safe, then so be it.
Hopefully, the kitchen manager will be scolded for this.
It might be time to rethink this work friend.
