That can’t be good for business…
It’s not a mystery anymore!
He’s not a very satisfied customer…
Sometimes you just have to tell people what they want to hear.
Try seeing it from the other person’s point-of-view once in a while.

How can McDonald’s even consider that a toy?
Telling an employee probably would’ve been the best move.
