Landlords Visited Their Apartment On A Planned Inspection, And Were Concerned After Being Previously Grossed-Out By Their Tenant
Something needs to change.

The neighbor is terribly rude and selfish.
Their wellbeing is important.
A landlord’s responsibility is to resolve issues, not to provide friendship.
Helping a friend is sometimes the worst thing you can do.
It’s an annoying problem.
This landlord can do much better than these nightmare tenants.
They probably aren’t even breaking any HOA rules.
They offered to cut $50 from this months rent if I agree to this.
Few things are worse than a bad tenant.
