At some point, it stops being a roommate problem and starts sounding like a sleep study.
If you can’t stand the noise in the middle of the night, make sure you don’t make it either.
I’m not sure if it’s worse to live near noisy neighbors or to be accused of being a noisy neighbor.
Hopefully, this was a wake up call to be more considerate.
That’s one way to handle the situation!
The dog is not the problem.
If you want quiet, don’t live in a downstairs apartment in an old building!
Some noises can be tuned out, but others shake you to your core.
It doesn’t make you look cool buddy.
If you’re a guest in someone’s home, that doesn’t mean you make the rules.
