His first mistake was letting his parents think they had any say in how he planned his vacation.
He wasn’t the villain in this story, but he was the closest available target.
It’s time to call her mother’s bluff for once.
I’m betting that this kid is leaving out some important details that make his parents look more reasonable.
It can be hard to be an empty nester, but surely there are better ways to cope than this.
She’s an adult and can make her own decisions. But she’ll have to live with the consequences.
Things need to change.
Sooner or later, something needs to change.
She needs to get used to this situation, or get out.
