Parking outside someone else’s house (further from his own, mind you) just to protest a dog’s walking route is peak passive-aggressive.

Returning passive aggression with kindness is a very neighborly thing to do.
Waiters are there to do a job, not be a one-man audience for cruel jokes at their expense.
