Looks like the real conflict isn’t about the dishes at all.
They needed to test to see it, but arbitrary rules are a waste of everybody’s time.
We can only hope she keeps her word and doesn’t come back.
This was not her fault.
Unless the company is paying for her phone, she shouldn’t be required to use it.
Just because the power is out doesn’t mean your website is down.
You can only control so much, especially once HR gets involved.
