This bully comes by it naturally, and his actions need to be taken seriously.
Sometimes the simple revenge of a child is the most effective.
While I certainly don’t condone stealing, even from a bully, this was a pretty amazing story.
There are laws and regulations in place to govern this type of thing; she needs to use them.
Sorry bully, but you are getting exactly what you deserve.
