Being broke doesn’t come with a free pass to be cruel.
Most likely, her supervisor probably forgot to respond.
All jobs can be overwhelming, but it isn’t easy to start a new career.
Whoever put her in charge of this did these kids a real disservice.
I’m surprised she was allowed to continue to supervise students after the first student complained.

One kid wanting to leave is normal, but this many might indicate a problem.
Kids can be surprisingly creative when they’re determined to get what they want.
For the amount of work they do and the level of education they need, teachers should be getting more money.
