This whole situation is weird…what’s really going on with this neighbor…?
There are laws and regulations in place to govern this type of thing; she needs to use them.
And I have to agree, being asked first indeed would’ve been nice, even if just mainly as a polite gesture.
It would be ridiculous if the landlord evicts them for these petty complaints.
