This “friend” didn’t want accountability — she just wanted a free vacation.
She would go anywhere for love- but she won’t go there.
Some people can be so clueless about how rude they are.

The fact that she expected them to cancel their plans is absurd.
Don’t make someone your first priority if they only treat you as their second option.
Some company travel rules may not make sense, but there may be good reasons they exist.
It’s nice to know that there are still some folks who are kind to strangers out there.
