He needs to stand his ground and not give in to his neighbor’s demands!
I would never buy a home in an HOA.
Plant first, ask arboreal questions later.
But honestly, they don’t have anything to hold against her.
If the neighbors don’t like it, they can move.
HOAs are awful, but when they enter your own backyard and change the landscaping, that’s unforgivable.
The neighbor was impatient, but the complaint was valid.
She needs to stop worrying about things she can’t control.
What a spectacle this is.
