Expecting silence from an upstairs neighbor is really just expecting them to stop existing.
Bad enough they live next door—they definitely don’t need a rent-free apartment in your head, too.
All’s well that ends well.
The neighbor seems to be overreacting.
Parking outside someone else’s house (further from his own, mind you) just to protest a dog’s walking route is peak passive-aggressive.
It’s really annoying to be accused of doing something you didn’t do.
At some point, this stops being routine neighbor drama and starts being something closer to harassment.
He needs to cut this person out of his life permanently!
Keep an eye on your dogs, people!
