If you aren’t willing to talk to your neighbors about a problem, how can you complain about it?
Just because she isn’t paying rent doesn’t mean she has no rights at all.
Perhaps he could have just asked his upstairs neighbor to keep it down rather than going for revenge?
You can’t reason with these people, so you have to report them to the landlord.
They are lucky that these ladies even left a note at all.
Her only mistake was giving them a chance to be reasonable in the first place.
At this point, she needs to just ignore her neighbor’s bad behavior.
Everyone in this story needs to grow up and be mature.
Neighbors should at least make an effort to keep the noise down.
