She’s the type of “friend” you need to establish strong boundaries with early on.
Weddings, man. Are they ever not a mess?

Bottom line: if you must regift, don’t do it to the giver.
She is being massively taken for granted.

You can’t expect too much from someone who has other more important responsibilities.
Some people make little things into a big deal.
