This cashier’s stress is understandable, but this could’ve easily been a language mishap.

If you want change, go to the bank.
Rules are rules, so this customer will have to buy wine elsewhere.
Thank goodness for the customer.
This cashier made the right decision to get away from this unsavory customer.
